Living Whole Cacao Bean Nice Kream

Here's my latest recipe and it turned out Amazing! Try it, you'll LOVE the Incredible Kreaminess of Whole Cacao! :)


2 Cups Whole Cacao Beans (soaked for 4 hours and rinsed thoroughly)
12-18 Large Medjool Dates
2 Cups Water
2 Cups Cashews (soaked for 3 hours and rinsed thoroughly)
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Dash Himalayan Pink Crystal Salt (to taste)
Small Kale leaf
4 T. Irish Moss Paste

Blend all ingredients thoroughly in High Speed Blender & pour in flat container to freeze.
Freeze for about 8 hours, then with a large soup spoon or ice cream scoop, scoop balls into dish.
If if freezes too hard, just let it sit at room temperature for 30 or so to soften enough to scoop.
You can also freeze this in an ice cream freezer if you prefer.

Is STRESS Controlling Your Life?

Is stress, anxiety, tension and the inability to relax a common daily occurrence in your life? in all humans? in all living creatures?

Actually intuitively, other living creatures really do not experience nor are affected by stress, anxiety, tension and the inability to relax, even though they seem consciously to us that they are.

When we think and hear of stress, anxiety, tension and the inability to relax, we commonly associate each of them to be negative.

Intuitively they are not negative or positive. This conclusion is support by the results.

You can just correct everyone’s stress immediately on the spot. There wouldn’t be so much wasted finances, time and energy in dealing with or processing illness associated with them.

In making corrections, speed is of the essence.

Life can be as simple as “Just correct it”. Correct the weaknesses that are found!

Any life problem and challenge can be evaluated as weaknesses, to “feel” for and change it.

If we don’t get to the bottom of it, who else will?

If we don’t take the time to resolve it who else will?

The term stress has been use in psychology and biology, but it was borrowed from physics and engineering.

Stress was first used in  a biological context in the 1930s, and has in more recent decades become commonly used in accepted jargon  so that it doesn’t have much actual meaning. How can such a “meaningless” and “meaningful” word and/or condition have such profound effect on all of us?

When the experts fail or do not give us the immediate solution, we humans have to suffer the consequences of their inept skills.

Immediate solutions are what we want, desire and need in this fast moving age.

We have been told most of our life that diseases are caused by stress.

Stress may be the result of physical trauma, illness and limitation. It may be the result of nonphysical, mental emotional psychological, psychic and spiritual which may or may include all physical, plus fear/phobia and karma.

Trauma and illness do not have to be limited to physical occurrences. It could be non-physical traumas such as mental and emotional causes. We can think of experiences that traumatize us. We can experience illness of other‘s psychic and spiritual disturbance.

When people perceive threats, usually incorrectly, it has been claimed that their nervous system responds by releasing a flood of stress hormones, including adrenaline and cortisol.

It is also claimed that such hormones incite the body for emergency action. It is also alleged this stress response is our body’s approach to protecting us. It is further declared that when stress response is working properly, it assists us in staying focused, energetic, and alert.

We don’t want you to just get a different spin on these factors but to resolve them on the spot so that it can prevent further arguments and additional debates, concerns and worries with no clear cut way of resolving them!

We have the tools to resolve our life situation and be independent from life ailments of trauma, illness, limitation, fear/phobia and causes/effects (karmas). All the answers are within us. There is no need to go on a spiritual journey to find yourself.

We can put to rest once and for all the idea about the effects of stress, anxiety, tension, and the inability to relax.  We will deal with all four of these and become strongly neutral about them.
